Efficient solar power

The aerator uses a powerful monocrystalline solar panel, which efficiently converts solar energy into power for the device while simultaneously charging the integrated battery during the day. As a result, it works entirely without a mains connection, helping to save energy and operating costs.

The solar panel just needs to be placed in a location with direct, unshaded sunlight.

Continuous operation thanks to the integrated battery

The built-in 2200 mAh lithium battery enables operation even after sunset or during cloudy weather. On a fully charged battery, the device can run for:

  • up to 18 hours in High mode
  • up to 36 hours in Low mode

Charging time is approximately 4–5 hours in sufficient sunlight.

Adjustable timing and intelligent operation

The AP222 model offers advanced timing options for efficient energy management and optimal water oxygenation.

Operating interval settings:

  • continuous operation
  • 1 min
  • 5 min
  • 10 min
  • 30 min
  • 1 hr
  • 3 hrs
  • 6 hrs
  • 12 hrs

Aeration duration settings:

  • 1 min
  • 5 min
  • 10 min
  • 30 min
  • 1 hr
  • 2 hrs
  • 3 hrs
  • 12 hrs

Controls are operated via a pair of rotary dials and buttons on a clear control panel.

2 power modes

The aerator allows for easy switching between two power levels:

High mode

  • more intensive water oxygenation
  • suitable for higher temperatures or larger fish populations
  • lasts up to 18 hours

Low mode

  • more energy-efficient
  • longer battery life up to 36 hours
  • ideal for standard maintenance aeration

Safe and intelligent battery protection system

The internal electronics use intelligent charging control with protection against:

  • battery overcharging
  • excessive discharging
  • overvoltage

The device automatically stops charging when a safe voltage is reached, protecting the battery from damage. An LED indicator provides status on the current charging process.

Quiet operation and simple installation

The AP222 is designed for quiet and reliable operation without disturbing noise. Installation takes just a few minutes:

  1. Connect the tubing and air stones
  2. Place the solar panel in a sunny spot
  3. Turn on the device and set the desired mode

Mounting components for fixing the panel are also included in the package.

Wide range of applications

The Fapiere AP222 solar aerator is suitable for:

  • garden ponds
  • ornamental fish ponds
  • aquariums
  • hydroponic systems
  • fishing and fish transport
  • emergency oxygenation during power outages

How does it work?

During the day, the solar panel captures solar energy and stores it in the built-in battery. This then powers the aeration pump even at night or on cloudy days. The attached air stones create fine bubbles that increase oxygen content in the water, helping to maintain a healthy environment for fish and plants.
