Make the wait for Christmas more enjoyable with movement. The iZoeL Fitness Advent Calendar hides 24 surprises to delight fans of strength training, home workouts and an active lifestyle. Every day in December up to Christmas Eve brings a new addition to your sports gear—from resistance bands and a jump rope to training gloves or an exercise dice.
The calendar makes a suitable gift for men, women and teenagers aged 16 and over. It offers beginners inspiration to get moving and experienced athletes practical accessories for their regular workouts.
Resistance bands for varied workouts
The set includes two long resistance bands with different resistance levels, handles, carabiners and a door anchor. They let you add a variety of pulling and strength exercises to your workouts at home or at the gym. Depending on the exercise, the bands can be used individually or combined.
The yellow band has a stated resistance of 5.9–15.9 kg, while the black one has a resistance of 11.3–29.5 kg. The set is rounded out by a short resistance loop marked X-Heavy, which is useful for exercises such as leg and glute workouts.
Inspiration for every workout
Not sure how to add variety to today’s workout? Try the bodyweight exercise cards or roll the exercise dice. The jump rope is great for warming up and cardio training, while other accessories expand your home workout options. The calendar provides not only equipment, but also fresh ideas for staying active regularly.
Accessories for your gym bag
Training gloves, lifting straps, a headband, a sweatband and a towel round out your gear for a trip to the gym. There’s also a drawstring sports bag for storing small accessories and taking them along to workouts or on trips.
A gift you can enjoy long after Christmas
The black-and-gold packaging with numbered compartments combines festive surprises with practical use. It’s sure to delight a partner, friend, sibling or gym buddy. Once the last compartment has been opened, you’ll be left with a set of accessories to accompany your workouts throughout the year.
