TRANSPORT
For purchases over CZK 1,500, shipping throughout the Czech Republic is FREE. For orders up to CZK 1,499, shipping costs from CZK 69 to collection points and from CZK 79 to the specified address.
We will process your order within 24 hours. After that, the shipment will be delivered to you in 2 to 3 working days. You will receive more information about the order via your e-mail.
You will first receive an e-mail from us confirming that we have processed your order. The carrier of the express parcel service PPL , DPD, GLS or Zásilkovna will inform you about the exact date and time of delivery of the order. We will send you the shipment number via e-mail and you can find out where your shipment is on the carrier's website. On the day of delivery of the shipment, the carrier will inform you on the phone number you have chosen.
When placing your order , you entered a phone number to which we will contact you regarding the status of your order via SMS. Furthermore, your transport service (PPL, DPD, Post Office) will contact you on this phone number on the day of delivery, both by phone and via SMS. In the event that the transport service does not reach you on the day or time of delivery at your address, it will send you an SMS message with the exact address where you can pick up the shipment in person. The shipment will always be waiting for you at the nearest delivery point of your delivery address.

COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS
If the product arrived damaged, go to complaints and returns . Follow the instructions in the return damaged goods section.
Nothing happens, you can return the goods free of charge and we will send you the correct one, according to your original order. Go to Returns and Claims and follow the instructions in the return wrong product section.
Yes you can. In this case, you need to return the original item first, we will refund you, and then make a new order. Go to returns and complaints and follow the instructions in the section exchanging goods for another item .
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within the legal period of 30 days. In this case, go to complaints and returns and follow the instructions in the return - withdrawal from the contract section.
