Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. This e-mail also includes a tracking number that you can use to track your shipment. 

We offer a FREE SHIPPING to the selected European (EU, EEA) countries for orders above 40 EUR. Shipping cost for orders below 40 EUR is from 4 EUR, depending on the destination country.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: 

  • All other European countries that are not listed above. 
  • The international shipping cost will be available to you at checkout.

Shipping to P.O. boxes / Pick-up points

We do offer shipping to P.O. boxes and pick-up points in selected countries in Europe. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@fapiere.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

You will be able to track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

In case of any refunds, returns, and exchanges, please head over to our return policy page

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@fapiere.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
