Easy installation

Simply:
- Assemble the fountain according to the instructions.
- Place the solar panel in direct sunlight.
- Submerge the pump in clean water.
- Once the pump starts running, attach the desired nozzle.
- Regularly check the water level and the cleanliness of the pump.
- When first placing the pump in water, there may be air trapped inside. It is recommended to let the pump run briefly before attaching the nozzle.
Protection against dry running and clogging
In some versions, the pump is equipped with dry-run and blockage protection. If the pump runs without water or becomes clogged with debris, it will automatically stop.
After refilling the water or cleaning the pump, you can restart it by covering and then uncovering the solar panel in the sun.
For longevity, we recommend keeping the water clean and cleaning the pump regularly, ideally at least once a month.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@fapiere.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
You will be able to track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
